Our bovine milk sweet caciocavallo is prepared with fresh milk coming from the best Irpinia farms and is processed with mostly hand-crafted methods.

Minimum ripening period: 6 months.

It is ideal for the preparation of appetizers, cold dishes and tasty recipes.

Try it with cereal bread and taste such a goodness!
