Ingredients:
– Braid stuffed with copper onion: buffalo milk, grilled onion, rennet and salt.
– Braid stuffed with Parma ham and rocket: buffalo milk, prosc. Parma ham Double Crown and rocket, rennet and salt.
Allergens: lactose
Conservation: keep it at 4/8 °, leaving it immersed in its preserving liquid. Before consuming it, leave it at room temperature for about 1 hour or immerse the package in warm water for about 10 minutes.
Pack sizes: 1kg – 1,5kg – 2kg.
