Our smoked provola of buffalo milk  is prepared  with artisanal methods with fresh milk of the day from the best farm of Piana del Sele.

Ingredients: buffalo milk, rennet and salt.

Conservation: keep it at 4/8 °, leaving it immersed in its preserving liquid. Before consuming it, leave it at room temperature for about 1 hour or immerse the package in warm water for about 10 minutes.

Package formats: 250g – 500g – 1kg.
